Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Rasseed website, iOS and Android apps. Due to the nature of products offered within Rasseed (digital, recharge and top-up cards), return and refund policies are slightly different. You may change your mind about purchasing a card and request a replacement or a refund. Here are some cases related to our refund and return policies:
- The refund of a card value or the replacement of card (not redeemed) is available only for customers who made the purchase through the mobile application.
- E-vouchers and cards purchased from the website, and delivered via email or text messages are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect from the main supplier or provider.
- Unscraped cards are returned within 24 hours. Once a request is made, we immediately withdraw the card and deposit the value of the card into your Rasseed account.
- If the card was purchased by mistake, contact us and we will withdraw the card, and return the card value to your account.
- In the event that you did not get the card/voucher unique number, you can request a refund, the card will be withdrawn and the card value will be returned into your account.
- The process of refunding the amount through bank transfer may take a period of time ranging from 7 to 14 working days. You can follow up the payment procedures directly through your bank.
- Returns are made by depositing the value of the card/order into your account in a balance within a maximum of 6 hours (most returns are made within only 30 minutes).
Replacement & Upgrade Policy
- You can replace your unscraped cards with another type as desired within three days from the date of purchase.
- You can replace the card with another code in case there is a defect, or the card code is wrong from the supplier/provider.
- You can upgrade unscraped cards with an extra payment (equals to the value of the difference between both cards) if you order a card with a value greater than the one you already purchased.
